Anavar binds well with
androgen receptors and this makes it a Class I
steroid. There is now a relatively new method of classifying AAS where
they are grouped into Class I and Class II
steroids. Under this
new classification, Class I steroids are those that exert their
anabolic effects via the ARs while Class II steroids exert theirs
through other routes, i.e. directly affecting protein synthesis and/or
glycogenolysis. Proponents of this new theory believe that this can
help bodybuilders like you to easily come up with a stacking protocol
that ensures anabolism through every possible means. In the
case of
Anavar
you can stack it with Dianabol, which is a Class II steroid.
Anavar is recommended during contest preparation. It is during this
stage that your main goal is to gain rock-hard physique in which
subcutaneous fat and water retention is a drawback. It is also during
this phase that you have to adopt a stricter diet regimen – low-carb,
high-protein diet. Compounds like
Anavar
that do not undergo aromatization tend to suppress appetite.
Anavar
is particularly ideal for athletes who compete in weight classes such
as boxers, powerlifters, and weightlifters. This is because Anavar is a
weak androgen and unable to yield dramatic bulk for you. It can,
however, result to strength gains ideal for such ‘short bursts’ sports
like sprinting and weightlifting. Anavar does this by stimulating the
production of phosphocreatine (also known as creatine phosphate).
Phospocreatine is a vital energy store in your body’s skeletal muscle
and it is used to generate ATP (adenosine-5'-triphosphate) which is
your body’s main energy source.
The minimum dosage with Anavar is 20mgs per day and you cannot get
substantial gains with anything less than that. And this is when
Anavar’s mildness becomes its downside as it is a c-17 alpha-alkylated,
which makes it stressful to the liver. There have been rare cases where
Anavar use
has resulted to hepatic problems that include liver cysts and liver
tumors. You are advised to be aware of early signs of liver disorders
such as jaundice (yellowing of eyes and skin), dark urine, unusual
tiredness, or sudden and persistent abdominal pain. If you experience
any of these signs when you are using Anavar, do consult with a
physician. Moreover, if you have existing heart or blood vessel
problems, you are cautioned against taking this drug as it can
exacerbate the disorders.
The minor side effects of this drug, anavar, include nausea, and
trouble sleeping.
The
recommended dosage
of Anavar for males is 20-40mg per day.
Women can take 10-15mg per day
and can have good bodybuilding results.
