This is a topical dihydrotestosterone that is widely used to combat the occurrence of gynecomastia on male steroid users. It is a known fact that introduction of exogenous testosterone through steroids can lower DHT levels in the body, which can result to gynecomastia, and Andractim is reportedly effective in preventing this condition. This topical steroid should be applied on the nipples, preferably several times a day. It comes in a tube that contains 80x25 doses of DHT.
