Testosterone Cypionate

testosterone-cypionate-cypionax-ampulesWhen it comes to treating individuals with low testosterone and promoting muscle mass like never before, testosterone cypionate is one of the most trusted anabolic steroids in today’s times.

This testosterone derivative is a highly potent performance enhancing drug that is second to none as far as promoting improvements in terms of muscle mass, body strength, performance, and muscle definition are concerned. Moreover, the steroid is extremely safe to use and does not lead to any side effect.

The molecular formula of testosterone cypionate is C27H40O3 and is an oil-soluble 17β-cyclopentylpropionate ester of the androgenic hormone (testosterone). It has the molecular weight of 412.61 g/mol at the base and the chemical name of 17β-androst-4-en-3-one, 17-(3-cyclopentyl-1-oxopropoxy). This cypionate version of testosterone has an anabolic/androgenic ratio of 100:100 and is freely soluble in alcohol, chloroform, dioxane, ether, and soluble in vegetable oils.

Classified as a controlled substance under the Anabolic Steroids Control Act and assigned to Schedule III, testosterone cypionate is admired by almost everyone, especially those into bodybuilding, weightlifting, and strength training. Medically, this testosterone derivative is recommended to men and women treated for low testosterone levels in the body and those experiencing symptoms of deficiency or absence of endogenous testosterone. Sportsmen use this compound of testosterone to gain quick muscles, body strength, stamina, and ability to handle intense workouts and recover quickly from injuries.

The recommended dose of this anabolic steroids is 200-1000 mg per week for first-time users, for a maximum period of 6-8 weeks at a stretch. Familiar users use this testosterone derivative in doses of 500-1000 mg per week for a period of 6-8 weeks. Testosterone cypionate is available in oral and injectable forms and is preferably administered with a 22-23 gauge needle with a 1 or 2ml syringe usually about 1″ length via intramuscular injections. The common sites for testosterone cypionate injections are deltoid (shoulder), Triceps and Biceps (arms), Ventrogluteal part of the Gluteus (region slightly on right upper side of buttocks, Pectorals (chest region), and dorsogluteal site (buttock).

One of the most amazing facts about testosterone cypionate is that it can be stacked with almost all legal anabolic steroids and performance enhancing drugs (PEDs). Since use of this testosterone compound can lead to formation of excess estrogens in some cases, it is best to have ready supplies of antiestrogens like Arimidex, Nolvadex, and Clomid, especially for those prone to estrogen formation.

The anabolic steroid should be used only after medical advice and should be used only as per the medical recommendation. Testosterone cypionate should not be abused knowingly or unknowingly else it can lead to side effects, including acne, change in sex drive, irritation, gum pain, hair loss, and headache. Use of this drug must be discontinued and medical advice should be sought immediately if a user of this drug experiences abnormalities like bone pain, increased thirst, memory problems, restless feeling, confusion, nausea, loss of appetite, increased urination, weakness, muscle twitching, increased or ongoing erection of the penis, or swelling after using testosterone cypionate.

Steroid use substantially reduced by canakinumab

Posted By

Novartis will be presenting positive phase III data results on November 9 from ACZ885, a fully human monoclonal antibody that inhibits IL-1 beta at the American College of Rheumatology‘s (ACR) Annual Scientific Meeting in Chicago, US.

It was suggested by the study that 45 per cent of children with active systemic juvenile idiopathic arthritis (SJIA) were able to substantially reduce their use of oral corticosteroids (often described as steroids) within 28 weeks of commencing treatment with ACZ885 (canakinumab) (p<0.0001).

“These data demonstrate the significant benefits that ACZ885 may provide this young population, both in steroid reduction and in extending the period these children can live free from SJIA flares,” said David Epstein, Head of the Pharmaceuticals Division of Novartis. “Novartis is committed to helping improve the health of patients with SJIA and other inflammatory diseases, which is why we are delighted to be sharing these results.”

Testosterone Propionate

Testosterone Propionate

Testosterone PropionateIn the world of legal anabolic steroids and performance enhancing drugs, there are a very few drugs that can match or even come closer to testosterone propionate.

This is not just because the propionate version of testosterone is extremely potent and free from side effects, but also because it is easily available online at low prices. If that is not all, improvements in muscle mass and body strength gained with this steroid are long-lasting.

The testosterone derivative is medically prescribed to men and women afflicted with low testosterone. It is considered superior to testosterone enanthate and testosterone cypionate as it releases more quickly into the bloodstream. Moreover, this testosterone compound provides fewer water based gains and water retention on cycle than the enanthate or cypionate versions of testosterone.

Having an active life of nearly 2-3 days, testosterone propionate facilitates a significant increase in the count of red blood cells (RBCs) and thus further promotes oxygen carrying capacity of the body, protein synthesis, and nitrogen retention. Use of this anabolic steroid is also associated with fat reduction and quality, long-lasting muscle mass gains.

Recommended dose of this steroids is 500 mg per week, with or without meals. The steroid, available in oral and injectable forms, is stacked with legal anabolic steroids and performance enhancing drugs such as Anadrol, Deca Durabolin, Dianabol, and Equipoise. The injectable version of this steroid is commonly preferred over its oral counterpart as it gets released faster into the bloodstream to provide instant results.

Since use of testosterone propionate can lead to formation of excess estrogens in some cases, antiestrogens such as Clomid, Nolvadex, or Proviron may come into the picture, especially for those who have a history of such excess. A 22-23 gauge needle with a 1 or 2ml syringe usually about 1″ length can be used to administer testosterone propionate injections on dorsogluteal site (buttock), Ventrogluteal part of the Gluteus (region slightly on right upper side of buttocks), deltoid (shoulder), Triceps and Biceps (arms), or Pectorals (chest region). The injection site(s) should be rotated on a frequent basis to avoid pain, swelling, and abscess formation.

Use of this drug should be made only after medical advice and the doses should not be altered without medical guidance. Testosterone propionate should not be abused else it can result in side effects, including headache, anxiety, depression, painful penile erections, hair loss, oily skin, and jaundice. The anabolic steroid is not recommended to pregnant and breastfeeding women or those suffering from prostate or breast cancer or those having a hypersensitivity to the compound or any of its ingredients. The use of this propionate version of testosterone should be immediately discontinued and medical advice must be sought without any wait in case any abnormality is experienced after using the steroid.

Testosterone propionate should be stored at a controlled room temperature of 20° to 25°C (68° to 77°F) to maintain its efficacy and shelf life. Furthermore, it should be guarded against unauthorized use, pets, children, heat, sunlight, and moisture.

Steroids found on chicken pose human health complications

Posted By

According to Dr. Silvino Teodosio Jr. of Iloilo Provincial Veterinarian, some poultry raisers have been injecting steroids on the chickens to accelerate growth owning to intense commercial competition.

Teodosio remarked this was one of the reasons that chickens could already be harvested after 35 days, instead of the 45-day raring period.

“These steroids have terrifying effects on the body as it accelerates growth and the long-term effect of eating chicken with presence of these steroids are more harmful to human health,” Teodosio said.

Matildas’s Olympic dreams could be revived

Posted By

As Australia appeals to have North Korea banned from next year’s London Games over a doping row, the shattered Olympic dreams of  Matildas could be revived.

A 2012 Olympic berth was narrowly missed by the national women’s soccer team after it finished third at the Asian qualifying tournament in September behind Japan and North Korea, who claimed the two Games spots.

“We think it’s strange that a team is banned for 2015 and not 2012 so we have raised the issue with WADA, the IOC and FIFA but so far to no avail,” Football Federation Australia national teams chief John Boultbee told AAP.
