According to an announcement by the world cycling’s governing body two more Spanish cyclists have failed drugs tests.

Ezequiel Mosquera and Xacobeo-Galicia team-mate David Garcia tested positive for hydroxyethyl starch, the blood booster, in urine samples during the Vuelta a Espana.

The two Spanish cyclists can request testing of their B samples for confirming the result.
