2 New York men caught with personal steroid amounts

staten-island-steroidsThat’s the problem with the USA legal and justice system, the police searched these 2 cars for no reason other then them being in front of a bookstore after closing? how is this suspicious. The cops say the men were “acting furtively”, that’s why they decided to illegally search their car for drugs or weapons. The Acting furtively excuse is commonly used by authorities to remove civil rights from individuals. In the end, the 2 guys were caught with a whoooooping $800 of steroids, do you know how much $800 of anabolic steroids is? exactly 4 vials of steroids. That’s right 4 vials of steroids, something an individual bodybuilder would go through in about a 12 week cycle. Now these 2 will be faced with CRIMINAL possession of controlled substance for something they couldn’t even get a cycle out of. Let’s face it, they’d need at least 10 vials of steroids do run a steroid cycle for the 2 of them, so this means they barely had enough for 1 steroid cycle and both of them are being arrested.

Two Staten Island men caught hanging out in the Barnes & Noble parking lot after the New Springville store had closed Sunday had a stash of steroids in their car, police alleged.

Cops got wise to the car’s occupants — Scott J. Sceppe, 29, of the 700 block of Post Avenue in West Brighton, and Steven P. Parascondola, 29, of the 300 block of Kramer Avenue in Rossville — after they spotted the duo “acting furtively” in their car at about 9:00 p.m., a police source said.

The store was closed for the night, and the two men were parked next to a second, vacant car, the source alleged.

When police searched the car, they found about $800 worth of steroids — pills, bottles and a liquid capsule of testosterone and other substances, court papers allege.

Both men were charged with three counts each of fifth- and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Walden NY man arrested for steroids

steroid tests

<— STEROID TESTING = NOT —> STEROID BUSTING

Walden NY, when we first read about this bust, it was a bit hilarious since we didn’t know where Walden was. Turns out Walden new york is a small village with a population of (wait) 6,000 people. Of course the police has nothing better to do then to arrest people for having Hypodermic Needles and a personal steroid dose. What’s more hilarious is that the man was released on $100 bail! hahaha. And the look of things is that Walden police don’t do much arresting in anything, so they just push drug offenses where they can so they can get their yearly budget from the state.

Can anyone please explain to us why people are being charged with possession of Hypodermic Needles when Hypodermic Needles are given away for FREE to drug addicts by GOVERNMENT run programs? isn’t the point of Hypodermic Needle programs the stopping disease and sickness like AIDS which cost the american taxpayers millions. Let’s face it, drug addicts will be drug addicts. Why then pick on steroid users for having some syringes and needles? is this a small town mentality or what? steroid user = bad man ??? Anabolic steroids don’t kill people, but recreational drugs like cocaine do, so why are anabolic steroids being treated like the plague?

Walden, Officer Marlatt observed a hypodermic needle on the center console. Maccluskey was in the process of preparing to inject steroids.

charged with four counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the seventh degree, eight counts of Possession of a Hypodermic Needle, and various vehicle and traffic offenses.

He was released on $100 bail to return in Walden Justice Court on a future date.

  Another arrest in Australia

Posted Byi steroids

This arrest was more downlow, a bit of traffic stop with steroids involved.

ACT police stopped the car on the Federal Highway in Canberra’s north this morning.

During a search of the vehicle, officers allegedly found 375 vials of steroids.

375 vials of steroids, shouldn’t be that bad considering that they are not worth $100,000 as claimed by the authorities there.  Let’s do the math, $375 * $20/vial = $7,500 USD, about $92,500 USD SHORT! of the claimed sum in the steroid bust.  An average steroid cycle is about 10-15 vials, so this was enough for what, about a years supply for the 2 bodybuilders.  Nothing major when you look at the facts!

Australia cracking down on steroids again

Posted Byi steroids

australia steroidsThis time it wasn’t that bad. A guy was fined for smuggling steroids in AU inside some peanut jars; however, they don’t tell you the whole story. The guy DID NOT personally bring the tablets to AU, he actually used a mail carrier. Thus, he didn’t smuggle anything in. At least this time the penalty wasn’t so bad.

Brisbane man has been fined $11,000 for attempting to smuggle more than 17,000 steroid tablets into Australia inside tins of peanuts.

Looks like he only got about $11,000 AU in costs and some $999 in ancillary costs, so it’s not like the past arrests the AU has done. In the past, I know they have mustered up wasting AU tax dollars on running down alleged steroid dealers. Last estimate was that over $15,000,000 AU dollars was spend on steroid investigations in Australia. What a waste of tax dollars if you ask me! I think the great people of Australia have the right to see their tax money spent on real social problems, not the chasing down of bodybuilders.
