Mosquera and Garcia fail to clear drug tests
According to the statement of the cycling world governing body two Spanish cyclists have failed the drug test.
Ezequiel Mosquera and Xacobeo-Galicia team-mate David Garcia tested positive for hydroxyethyl starch, a blood booster, in urine samples during the Vuelta a Espana.
Mosquera and Garcia can request testing of their B samples to confirm the result.
