NJ man found with steroids

An Upper Freehold Township man has been arrested after he pretended to be a law enforcement officer and was found with a vial of steroids.
Michael A. Samuels, 47 also was found to owe $330,000 in child support.
Samuels was taken to Monmouth County Jail in Freehold Township.
