If you want to join the world of professional sports or create and maintain high standards of health and fitness, Methyltestosterone is one of the best synthetic testosterone derivatives for you. A popular anabolic steroid with those into weightlifting and strength athletics, Methyltestosterone is a relatively safe drug when compared to other steroids and performance enhancing drugs.

One of the biggest advantages associated with Methyltestosterone is that it is extremely useful to improve the levels of aggression, lean muscle mass, muscle definition, and stamina. Medically, Methyltestosterone is recommended to people treated for androgen deficiency and is often prescribed as part of replacement therapies.

Also known as Testred, Methyltestosterone is an androgenic preparation that is available in oral as well as injectable forms.

The recommended dose of Methyltestosterone for replacement therapy in androgen-deficient males is 10 to 50 mg daily while the ideal dose is 50-200 mg daily for androgen therapy in breast carcinoma in females. Professional sportsmen use Methyltestosterone in doses of 100-300 mg per day for 3 weeks. Methyltestosterone can induce gynecomastia and fluid retention and therefore antiestrogens such as Arimidex or Tamoxifen should be used during post cycle therapy to counter these side effects. The anabolic steroid is commonly used as a cutting cycle steroid and has an active life of 6-8 hours. It is commonly stacked with Testosterone, Equipoise, and Deca Durabolin for a bulking cycle.

In order to maintain its efficacy and shelf life, Methyltestosterone is required to be stored at 25°C (77°F) with excursions permitted to 15° -30°C (59° -86°F).

Methyltestosterone abuse can lead to side effects such as shortness of breath, rapid weight gain, swelling, bone pain, increased thirst, memory problems, restlessness, nausea, and loss of appetite. This drug should be used with caution by people suffering from health complications such as heart failure, chest pain, heart attack, liver problems, kidney problems, high calcium blood level, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, and enlarged prostate.

The doping scandal in India involving school children is threatening to take shocking proportions with schools from Punjab and Maharashtra topping the list of offenders.

According to National Anti-Doping Agency, 11 children – from boxing, wrestling, and weightlifting – tested positive for steroids and diuretics during the 57th National School Games, which concluded recently in New Delhi.

“This has become a very serious matter. That 14 per cent of the samples have returned positive is a matter of shame for the schools and officials. It is much higher than the national average of 4 per cent,” NADA director general Rahul Bhatnagar told TOI.

Testosterone Cypionate

testosterone-cypionate-cypionax-ampulesWhen it comes to treating individuals with low testosterone and promoting muscle mass like never before, testosterone cypionate is one of the most trusted anabolic steroids in today’s times.

This testosterone derivative is a highly potent performance enhancing drug that is second to none as far as promoting improvements in terms of muscle mass, body strength, performance, and muscle definition are concerned. Moreover, the steroid is extremely safe to use and does not lead to any side effect.

The molecular formula of testosterone cypionate is C27H40O3 and is an oil-soluble 17β-cyclopentylpropionate ester of the androgenic hormone (testosterone). It has the molecular weight of 412.61 g/mol at the base and the chemical name of 17β-androst-4-en-3-one, 17-(3-cyclopentyl-1-oxopropoxy). This cypionate version of testosterone has an anabolic/androgenic ratio of 100:100 and is freely soluble in alcohol, chloroform, dioxane, ether, and soluble in vegetable oils.

Classified as a controlled substance under the Anabolic Steroids Control Act and assigned to Schedule III, testosterone cypionate is admired by almost everyone, especially those into bodybuilding, weightlifting, and strength training. Medically, this testosterone derivative is recommended to men and women treated for low testosterone levels in the body and those experiencing symptoms of deficiency or absence of endogenous testosterone. Sportsmen use this compound of testosterone to gain quick muscles, body strength, stamina, and ability to handle intense workouts and recover quickly from injuries.

The recommended dose of this anabolic steroids is 200-1000 mg per week for first-time users, for a maximum period of 6-8 weeks at a stretch. Familiar users use this testosterone derivative in doses of 500-1000 mg per week for a period of 6-8 weeks. Testosterone cypionate is available in oral and injectable forms and is preferably administered with a 22-23 gauge needle with a 1 or 2ml syringe usually about 1″ length via intramuscular injections. The common sites for testosterone cypionate injections are deltoid (shoulder), Triceps and Biceps (arms), Ventrogluteal part of the Gluteus (region slightly on right upper side of buttocks, Pectorals (chest region), and dorsogluteal site (buttock).

One of the most amazing facts about testosterone cypionate is that it can be stacked with almost all legal anabolic steroids and performance enhancing drugs (PEDs). Since use of this testosterone compound can lead to formation of excess estrogens in some cases, it is best to have ready supplies of antiestrogens like Arimidex, Nolvadex, and Clomid, especially for those prone to estrogen formation.

The anabolic steroid should be used only after medical advice and should be used only as per the medical recommendation. Testosterone cypionate should not be abused knowingly or unknowingly else it can lead to side effects, including acne, change in sex drive, irritation, gum pain, hair loss, and headache. Use of this drug must be discontinued and medical advice should be sought immediately if a user of this drug experiences abnormalities like bone pain, increased thirst, memory problems, restless feeling, confusion, nausea, loss of appetite, increased urination, weakness, muscle twitching, increased or ongoing erection of the penis, or swelling after using testosterone cypionate.

Monika Devi faced another doping charge

Monika Devi faced another doping chargeIndian weightlifter Monika Devi was sentenced a two-year ban after she was found positive in a doping test on Friday. According to a report of Press Trust of India test of Devi’s backup “B”‘ sample confirmed that she had taken an unidentified banned steroid.

When asked about the scandal, Devi claimed that she was framed by officials. In her claim context, the government ordered an investigation by retired bureaucrat T.S. Krishnamoorthy, who said that the weightlifter’s sample will be tested at a World Anti-Doping Authority-accredited laboratory in Tokyo. Though, Indian weightlifting officials refused to give any comment regarding Devi’s alleged doping violation. A legal case involving her in another doping scandal is still pending in the Delhi High Court.

Last summer, the government-run Sports Authority of India (SAI) blocked Devi’s participation entry in Beijing Olympics after an initial test, done by an Indian laboratory, of her “A” sample reported positive. The current case is second in a row involving her.

Recently, Indian weightlifting has been badly hit by doping scandals as three lifters got suspension since May. Repeated violations of banned substance rules had also caused India two-times ban from international competition since the 2004 Athens Olympics.
