MK-2866 Ostarine SARMSSARMS can be cycled and utilized in many different ways. The best way to utilize them are running them as a bridge in between cycles. A bridge is the time when you have completed PCT from a previous cycle and are recovering in preparation for your next cycle. This can be a very trying time for many, as they can experience depression, loss of size, strength, motivation and hard earned gains from previous cycles. SARMS truly shine at this time. SARMS can be ran during this period and can not only help to maintain gains but can add to them or clean them up immensely. Many users have a better feeling while on SARMS than they do on cycle.

It is important to understand how to use SARMS and how to run them properly. SARMS are nowhere near as suppressive as anabolics and are not toxic but they can have some suppression and it is imperative to run the proper supports along side of them to ensure that recovery is smooth and efficient. SARMS do not aromatize but the SARM ostarine (mk-2866) has shown to cause possible gyno issues for some, so it is important to be prepared for this. A typical, and most effective SARMS cycle is ran for 8 weeks. A mini pct is required after a SARMS cycle. This pct is only necessary for a period of three weeks and a SERM is not required. Recovery is very quick and a user is typically recovered a week after the mini pct is completed. It is important to take time off of SARMS after a cycle is complete so that the body does not become accustomed to their use thus taking away from their effectiveness.

The only time a mini pct would not be needed is if a user ran GW-501516 as a stand alone cycle. Any other use of SARMS will require a mini pct and will absolutely need to have supports ran alongside.

SARMS can be run alongside any anabolic, but it is not going to be an optimal way to use them. There will competition amongst receptors and this will also take away the opportunity to utilize SARMS as a bridge. Even if a user is on TRT or cruising, SARMS can be utilized in a bridge like fashion. I am going to provide different types of SARMS cycles that can be utilized for the different types of goals that you may have.

THE TRIPLE STACK

GW-501516 SARMSThis is the most commonly used SARMS stack. Quite simply, this stack can be used for any set of goals that you have. The recomping effect on this stack is unbelievable. You can cut on this stack, you can aim for size, you can maintain, you can do it all! Playing with your doses will coordinate with your goals. I like to add albuterol to this stack to add extra endurance and cutting while still being able to hold and add muscle. Here is the stack:

1-8  Ostarine 25 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.

1-8  S4 50 mg day… split doses… 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg in the p.m.

1-8  GW-510516 10-20 mg day… split doses 12 hours apart

1-8  HcGenerate        

1-8  D-spark          

3-8  Albuterol 12-18 mg day

Mini pct  9-12

Hcgenerate ES

NOW, if you want to aim this stack even more towards a bulk, then you can drop ostarine and add LGD-4033. The stack would look like this:

1-8  LGD-4033 10 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.

1-8  S4 50 mg day… split doses… 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg in the p.m.

1-8  GW-510516 10-20 mg day… split doses 12 hours apart

1-8  HcGenerate        

1-8  D-spark          

3-8  Albuterol 12-18 mg day

Mini pct  9-12

Hcgenerate ES

LGD-4033 SARMSI do not recommend using LGD and Ostarine in the same cycle because of their similarities. This would end up being counter productive to your cycle.

Any SARM can be ran as a stand alone or you can add or drop anything that you want. It is important to make sure that you are running ALL of your proper supports and running your mini pct. As previously stated, the ONLY SARM that would not require a mini pct or supports is GW-50156 ran as a stand alone. You must protect yourself and give yourself the proper recovery on any other SARMS cycle. These are the most effective ways to run SARMS. There are several combinations you can run, but the triple stack is where SARMS are at their best and provide the best results.
