Steroid Tips

Steroid Tip #1:

sleep








You must get enough sleep for your steroid cycles to be effective. If you’re not getting at least 8 hours of sleep per night, your muscles aren’t recovering, and it means the money you spent on buying your gear is worthless. Since you can only buy the product, but you can’t make the product perform magic. Again, these drugs are not magic, they will not create any type of magic without the proper sleep.  A minimum of 8 hours of sleep per day should be the regiment.

Steroids are not made of magic dust and fairy tails (we are saying this again to you, they don’t perform miracles) they will not make you the next Barry Bonds or the next Arnold Schwarzenegger. These drugs are designed to be an aid to your existing regiment of training and lifestyle. If you believe taking AAS alone with no other work will make you the next Arnold, you should not use them ever! Save yourself the headache. Too many people misuse the drug, don’t be one of them.  Expect gradual results with a lot of effort in the gym, see tip #4 as a reference.

Your food intake is of the utter most importance when you’re using gear. Don’t sit back and assume the products aren’t working when you have a bad diet. Your body requires an unbelievable amount of caloric and protein intake while on cycles, so buy enough food and protein to help you grow. Bad diet will mean bad results with your cycle. Consume at least 50% of your caloric intake from protein, and at least 30% of caloric intake from carbohydrates.

Steroid Tip #4:

overtraining







Training, you have to train at least 5 days per week with at least 3 days of cardio.  Use big movements like bench press, deadlifts, and squats to fill your daily routine.  Don't forget you need to kee up with the cardio, so you have the right heart health.  You need at least 2 days off per week and you need to monitor your lifts, so you're not overtraining.  Yes, you can! overtrain even on a cycle.


Steroid Tip #5:

Supplements, you'll need to take a lot of supplements while you're on a cycle.  Liver support supplements like Liver 52 and milk thistle, kidney support supplements like cranberry extract, fiber for your digestion and calcium for the bones.  In addition, you'll need to take a myraid of multi-vitamins and minerals to keep yourself healthy.
