Dexter Jackson has dethroned Jay Cutler, and rightfully so. Dexter Jackson looks amazing, as always, and he took out a water heavy, water logged Jay Cutler. I think maybe the Jay Cutler steroid cycle was off. Phil Heath was amazing look but still came in 3rd, although he should have taken the 2nd place at the 2008 Mr. Olympia.
